Terms + Conditions Summary

Upon signing up with The Fittest Me, LLC you will be required to sign our Terms & Conditions. The purpose of this document is to clarify expectations around the details of membership: how payments will be processed; membership options and payments; the term of membership; and how to cancel.

How payments will be processed

All memberships at The Fittest Me are recurring on a month-to-month basis. By signing up, you agree to have payments withdrawn each month for the amount agreed upon. We accept bank transfers (ACH) as well as credit cards; however, we request each member to switch over to ACH after the first payment to reduce the high credit card fees. As a thank you, we in turn donate 1% of your monthly membership to your choice of one of three non-profit organizations.

Membership Options & Payment:

TFM is a fitness studio that offers: personal training (1:1); semi-private (1:2-1:4); high intensity interval training (hereinafter referred to as “HIIT classes”); and nutrition coaching

Rates are subject to change at the discretion of TFM, and payments are paid monthly. Members must be current in order to participate in class.

We reserve the right to raise our rates on the fist of January each year, for no more than 5% of the current rate.

Membership Term:

Member agrees that he/she will maintain membership and pay the dues specified above for a minimum term of 1 month (together with any extensions or renewals, the “Term”). Member further agrees that he/she will be liable for dues for the entire Term in the amounts as stated herein regardless of usage or any change of circumstance.

After the initial one month term has expired, this Agreement shall automatically continue from month to month at the prevailing membership rate, which is subject to change by TFM.  Once a Member has a month to month term, the Member may cancel this Agreement by providing TFM (30) day notice of cancellation. The cancellation must be completed by: first scheduling a Cancellation Appointment through the link located at the footer of our website: https://www.thefittestme.net; and second, coming in at the appointment time to sign the cancellation in person. Member is responsible for all charges billed or incurred prior to the final day of the payment period after the final payment. 

The Member confirms and agrees that the membership benefits are exclusive to the Member and are in no way transferable to anyone else.  


Our cancellation policy for private training is a 24-hour notice to avoid being charged for the session.

Our cancellation policy for classes is 24-hours or if your spot gets filled to avoid being charged for the class.

Membership have a 30-day cancellation policy. In order to initiate the termination of your agreement, go to the link at the bottom of our website to set up a 10-min appt to come in and sign the cancellation.

Member Conduct:

We reserve the right to discontinue a client’s membership if his or her conduct is not conducive to the supportive and healthy environment we take pride in delivering.
