You’re at the top of your game…or so you thought. When fitness performance has stalled, a great place to look is your diet. Eat for Performance is for those who want to go the extra mile…and faster than yesterday.
One-on-One Private Training
Nothing compares to having the guidance, care, and accountability of a personal coach. Your goals are as unique as you are, and we are trained to help you achieve them. As long as you show up and put in the effort, we’ll get you to where you want to go.
Once you sign up, we help you choose the trainer whose experience and passion is best suited to your personality and goals. Then, determine if a zippy 30-minute workout, or a paced 60-minute session is a better fit.
The final step is to get you on the schedule, and get started!
Do you prefer working out in a group? In that case, our only prerequisite is that you start with six 30-minute personal training sessions. In these appointments with a quality trainer, you will:

learn the proper form to reduce risk of injury
ready your mind and body to transition into the higher intensity classes
have the opportunity to ask questions in a private setting
